Notification Settings​

Alert Preferences​

Risk Level Thresholds:

  • High Risk Only: Get alerts only for scores 8-10 (serious threats)
  • Medium & High: Alerts for scores 5-10 (recommended setting)
  • All Incidents: Alerts for all monitored content (may be overwhelming)

Delivery Methods:

  • Email Notifications: Sent to your registered email address
  • Dashboard Badges: Visual indicators when you log in
  • SMS Alerts (Coming Soon): Text messages for urgent incidents

Notification Timing​

Immediate Alerts:

  • High-risk incidents (scores 8-10) sent within 5 minutes
  • Critical threats processed with priority
  • Emergency escalation triggers instant notifications

Scheduled Summaries:

  • Daily Digest: Summary of previous day's activity
  • Weekly Report: Comprehensive weekly safety overview
  • Monthly Analysis: Trends and pattern insights

Quiet Hours:

  • Set times when non-urgent alerts are delayed
  • Emergency alerts always delivered immediately
  • Recommended: 10 PM - 7 AM for better sleep
