Common First Questions

"Why am I seeing so many incidents?"

This is normal! The system monitors all content to ensure nothing is missed. Most incidents will be low-risk and just provide visibility into your child's online activities.

"What should I do about a high-risk incident?"

  1. Stay calm - Review the full context first
  2. Investigate - Look at surrounding messages for complete picture
  3. Talk to your child - Have an open, non-accusatory conversation
  4. Take action if needed - Contact other parents, teachers, or authorities

"How do I explain this to my child?"

Be transparent: "I'm using a monitoring tool to help keep you safe online, just like I would in the real world."

Focus on safety: "This helps me know if someone is trying to harm you or if you need help."

Encourage communication: "You can always talk to me if something online makes you uncomfortable."
